Pricing questions
Do you take a percentage of my ticket sales?+
No. Ticket money goes straight into your own payment account and you only pay for the package. The one exception is if you ask us to collect for you.
I don't have a Selcom, AzamPay or ClickPesa account. Can I still sell?+
Yes. Ticketorvia can collect for you: buyers pay into our account and we send you your sales, minus refunds and a 5% collection fee, 2 working days after each event, to mobile money or a bank account in your business name.
What if I sell more tickets than my package allows?+
Upgrade from your event page. You only pay the difference between the two packages.
How do I pay for a package?+
Choose it in your organizer portal. You get a payment reference; pay by mobile money or bank with that reference and we switch it on, usually within a few hours.
Does Unlimited renew by itself?+
No. We remind you before it ends. Renew early and the new month starts the day the current one ends, so you don't lose days.
Which package do I need for tables and VIP packages?+
Standard and up. Starter is for simple tickets (you can still have several ticket types and early bird prices). You can set tables up on a draft any time; we'll tell you before publishing if your package doesn't include them.
Can my page have my own look and address?+
Yes, with Premium or Unlimited: pick a theme and layout for your page, and use your own subdomain or your own domain. Every organizer can preview the looks before buying.
What happens when my SMS run out?+
Buyers still get their tickets by email and the ticket link; only the SMS stops. Buy more SMS from your portal (from TZS 40 each, never expire), or connect your own Beem SMS account to send from your own sender name with no limit from us.
What does the buyer pay?+
The ticket price you set. Payment company charges, if any, depend on your own payment account.
